Together, they have over 50 years of building and construction experience and have been involved with hundreds of residential and commercial projects. Ed and Dale also operate ServiceMaster Restorations, a company specializing in fire and flood emergency repairs.

About the 2/5/10 Warranty

All City Construction is registered and licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office and offers full new-home-warranty coverage (2/5/10 Warranty) through National Home Warranty.

This warranty provides new-home buyers with the following protection:

  • 2-Year Materials and Labour:
    • First 12 months: Coverage for any defects in materials and labour
    • First 15 months: Coverage for any defects in materials and labour in the common property of a multi-unit building
    • First 24 months: Coverage for any defects in materials and labour supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery and distribution systems
    • First 24 months: Coverage for any defect in materials and labour supplied for exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home
  • 5-Year Building Envelope
  • 10-Year Structural Defects
